our Perfect Parties & Events tent experience will begin with our assessment of your needs based on the number of guests, style of event, and location. A computer generated layout of your event will then be created in 3D to help you with positioning of buffet tables, location of staging and dance floors or any other special needs you might have. Next, an on-site evaluation will be conducted by one of our consultants to insure suitability of the area and that no hazards such as underground or overhead power lines will interfere with the set up of the tent.
